With the slogan “Love is Fun” I would like to present you all : the L-Style session !

For those among you who are loyal followers of my blog it might be obvious that this is a new name for the “old” engagement sessions. So why chose a new name ? Well, apparently a lot of people still think that an engagement session is only for those who are engaged … Not can be further away from the truth! The L-Style session is for everyone : young & old, in love, engaged, married or divorced, for partners, friends, families, in short : for everyone that would like to spend a fun afternoon & that wants to have some amazing images that you can cherish for the rest of your life !

In honour of this special occasion I prepared a brand new movie to show you all what you can expect from an L-Style session. Turn up your speakers, sit back, relax and enjoy

The birth of a new baby has to be celebrated, and when you say celebrate we think : gifts To celebrate the launch of the brand new L-Style session we are giving away one session completely for free. It’s Wednesday !!! For many of you good news since this means the week is already halfway How about a short seven minute break to enjoy Marijke & Filip’s slideshow ?

Filip first met his beautifull bride at Marijke’s parents’ house after which we all drove to the townhall in Lebbeke for their civil ceremony. Their christian ceremony took place in the church of Lebbeke, which is conveniantly located at 50 meters from the town hall. Getting lost was really hard since they rolled out the red carpet from the town hall straight into the church

Their awesome party took place in the castle of Saffelaere. I’ve never been there before but it turned out to be a wonderfull venue !

Filip, Marijke, friends & family, thank you for a very fun day ! It was a real pleasure to get to know you all !

Filip & Marijke, you already saw your slideshow a while ago, I hope you will enjoy this memory of your amazing day for a long time to come !

Isabelle & Filip are getting married this Saturday in Erpe-Mere. Uhu, it’s my first home game this season

We didn’t really plan a specific location for their engagement shoot, so we decided to drive around at random & see if our home town offered some cool photo locations. After a walk through the Erpe-Mere backcountry (during which some grain might have been squashed a bit, my sincere apologies mr farmer, but I just love to shoot in a grain field …) we finished our fun afternoon playing around on a large meadow (thanks dad, we made sure we put your fence back the way it was )

Isabelle & Filip it was really nice getting to know you both a little better & I’m 100% ready for Saturday !

A question that I get a lot is “where will we take our pictures”. I rarely decide on the location of the shoot, I leave the choice to you Why ? Well, my knowledge of cool locations is also limited, and shooting all over Belgium makes this even harder. You know your hometown best, you know better than anyone else what kind of location you want. And, as an added bonus : sometimes you have acces to locations that are off limit to anyone else.

Els & Kevin didn’t have that problem, they knew from he start that they wanted to shoot at one of Kevin’s construction yards (don’t really know if that’s the exact English translation …). I didn’t really know what to expect but once I arrived I found myself in a gigantic photographic playground !!!!

Add 2 awesome people like Els & Kevin and you have the perfect recipe for loads of fun & cool shots !!

Tonight I wanted to serve you all the slideshow of Marijke & Filip as desert, but because of a crashed hard drive it’ll have to wait a little longer. (No, I didn’t lose any of their images, but I still have to reinstall the slideshow software )

To counter the large amount of engagement sessions I’ve been posting the past couple of weeks I would love to show you all the preview of Maaike & Yves’ wedding in Zwalm. Not just any wedding, but a fun wedding, an amazing wedding, a super cool wedding, a … As you might have suspected by now it was a great day in the company of lots & lots of amazing people.
