It took some last-minute, unplanned fixing & yelling & cursing & … because of sudden problems with the audio synchronisation, but I did it & I’m proud to present you the second and last part of our “Chasing Sunset” mini series .
All footage is from the same shoot als the first episode, but this time you can also see the amazing Yvan from 360vt.be/birdseye.be doing this kite-aerial photography. Thanks for joining us Yvan, it was great to have you !
Underneath the movie I posted a selection of some of the photos I made that day, also make sure you drop by Fotofolio Tom’s blog and check out what he has on display !
I’d also like to express a well deserved thank you to Didier Jouret, our camera guy who also helped me create both movies (or was it I helped him ?). Thanks a lot Didier, for the many long hours & the amazing job ! (and also thank you Annelies for letting me borrow your man for such a big amount of time )
Let’s not forget Cindy & Simon, without them we wouldn’t have been able to make this movie
En last but certainly not least : Tom, thank you for a very, very pleasant cooperation!
Now it’s up to you, my loyal readers & friends : how do you like this movie & would you like to see more of these ? When we get enough response (and only than, because making such a movie costs money and an in-credible amount of man hours) we just might do something like this again!
Loads & loads of fun, that’s what we had that evening ! Once Evelien arrived we went to the Schelde (a nearby river) to shoot their engagement session.
Evelien & Roy couldn’t get enough of it (and neither could I) so we decided to drive towards a second location : the Donk lake. On our way over there we saw a beautifull field which was amazingly lit by the setting sun. We threw the car on the side of the road and shot some amazing shots !!!
Evelien & Roy, thank you very much for an amazing evening, I had a ball !
I just read on Annemie & Sammie ’s blog their story of their civil wedding, and apparently they are wondering how they looked at the moment where they said “I DO” to each other …
I just can’t let that happen, so I quickly finished a photo for them so they can see how happy they looked .
Sammie & Annemie, I’ll see you in a couple of weeks for the second part of your wedding (which I’ll be shooting together with the always amazing Tom “Fotofolio” Museeuw)
1am, it’s as good a time as any to make a blog post
Kelly & Erik are getting married next Friday & I’ll be there to preserve their precious memories, yeehaah !
The reason of this post’s weird title is that I kept calling Erik “Frederik” (I was editting the wedding of Kelly & Frederik at the time, hence the confusion). We made a game out of it and started calling each other the craziest names :-).
Kelly & Erik, thank you for a very fun afternoon & the drinks afterwards ! I’ll see you on Friday !
It’s been a couple of weeks since Jeffrey came by to pick up his Ann and drive here in an open charriot, underneath a clear blue sky, towards the town hall in Wetteren to seal their relationship.
The ceremonie in city hall was “different” … The lady that conducted the ceremonie was really negative about everything that surrounded marriage and told them everything they needed to know in case they would want to break up … Personally I don’t think that’s appropriate on such a day !
She used to be a judge in a former life and boy did she make that clear
Luckily after that we drove to a nearby church for a beautifull ceremony filled with sweet moments, lots off love & very nice music so we all immediately forgot about the morning ceremony.
After the fotoshoot & reception in Pauwkenshof we said our goodbyes & they went on to party all night long
Ann & Jeffrey : thank you very, very much for a great day !
